A Youth Breakthrough is a 6 month personalized breakthrough designed to support youth with mental health concerns (anxiety, depression, stress), develop self and emotional regulation skills, increase self esteem and self confidence, boundary setting and saying NO!, healthy relationships and goal setting by giving them the tools needed to increase their overall mental "wealth".
The Process The Youth Breakthrough is broken down over 6 months with a total of 5 hours per month broken down to bi-weekly 2 hour in person sessions and 1 hour talk, text or email. The months are broken down as follows.
