Time Line Therapy™ is a unique method for quickly and effectively creating powerful and lasting change. Time Line Therapy™ utilizes the concept of a person’s own internal Time Line, or how and where a person encodes and stores memories and experiences at an unconscious level. The Time Line also outlines how a person unconsciously knows the difference between a memory from the past or a projection of the future. We now know that during a persons lifetime we all experience significant emotional events (SEE). When these SEE happen, we attach belief systems to those events such as "I'm not good enough" or "I'm not deserving of..." Our experiences create our thoughts and our thoughts then create our personality, actions and behaviours. Time Line Therapy™ allows the skilled practitioner to therapeutically intervene in a client’s Time Line, taking the negative charge off of the limiting beliefs and negative emotions attached to the SEE and replace them with new learnings that were inaccessible when the events originally happened. The Time Line Therapy™ techniques allow people to work at an unconscious level to release the harmful effects of past negative experiences and change inappropriate or self-defeating programming in minutes rather than days, months or years.
